Expected Outcomes

We expect that once they graduate from the “under 12” to ”under 17” and then reach the age of majority in the “under 19” they would have attained the following:

1. Basic education

2. Understanding of the rules and regulations of the football game

3. Understanding of their rights and obligations as footballers

4. Understanding the content and process of contract formation with respect to their career as footballers

5. Be disciplined and professional in their approach to the game of football

6. Be able to earn decent living as footballers by taking control of their own development and taking informed decisions.
